Using ClearCatalogue
By using ClearCatalogue, you agree to use the service only for legitimate business purposes related to catalog management. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Dodo Payments. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Unused row allowances do not roll over between billing cycles.
Free plan limits
The free plan allows unlimited uploads and health reports, with CSV exports limited to the first 10 rows per file. Upgrading to a paid plan removes this limit.
Refund Policy
ClearCatalogue operates a strict no-refund policy except in the specific circumstances outlined below. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
What is not eligible for a refund
- Change of mind after subscribing
- Failure to use the service during a billing period
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (descriptions, titles)
- Issues caused by your supplier file containing corrupt, password-protected, or unreadable data
- Partial month usage — billing periods are not prorated on cancellation
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
- Requests made more than 48 hours after a charge
- Annual plan renewals where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date
The only circumstances where a refund may be issued
- You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error on our side
- The service was completely unavailable (not degraded — completely unavailable) for more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period, verified by our records
- You are a first-time subscriber, the charge occurred within the last 48 hours, and you have not used the service (zero uploads, zero exports)
How to request a refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the charge by emailing support@clearcatalogue.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your email address]." Include your account email, the charge date, and the reason. Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be considered regardless of circumstance.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You retain full access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Note:ClearCatalogue processes supplier data using AI. Output quality depends on the quality and completeness of your supplier file. We cannot guarantee that AI-generated descriptions will meet every individual's quality standards, and dissatisfaction with AI output quality does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Limitation of liability
ClearCatalogue provides catalog analysis and conversion tools as-is. You should review generated CSVs before importing them into Shopify. We are not liable for errors in your original supplier data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClearCatalogue after changes means you accept the updated terms.
