Our position on refunds

ClearCatalogue operates a strict no-refund policy in almost all circumstances. We process supplier data and generate catalog files, once processing has occurred, that work cannot be undone. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

What is never eligible for a refund

  • Change of mind after subscribing
  • Failure to use the service during a billing period
  • Dissatisfaction with auto-generated description quality
  • Issues caused by corrupt, password-protected, or unreadable supplier files
  • Partial month usage, billing periods are not prorated
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
  • Requests made more than 48 hours after a charge
  • Annual plan renewals where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date
  • Deciding the product is not right for your business after subscribing

The only circumstances where a refund may be considered

  • You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a verified technical error on our side
  • The service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period, verified by our records
  • You are a first-time subscriber, the charge occurred within the last 48 hours, and you have made zero uploads and zero exports

How to request a refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the charge by emailing support@clearcatalogue.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your account email, the charge date, and the reason. Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be considered regardless of circumstance.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You retain full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Output quality disclaimer

ClearCatalogue uses automated processing to analyze your catalog data and generate product content. Output quality depends on the quality and completeness of your supplier file. We cannot guarantee that auto-generated descriptions will meet every individual's quality standards, and dissatisfaction with output quality does not constitute grounds for a refund. We recommend testing the free plan thoroughly before upgrading.
